Sarah Maye  |  Compliance Specialist

Sarah Maye, BS, is a compliance specialist at Insight Civil. In this role Sarah serves as a Compliance Specialist for the building and facilities consulting group. She provides technical assistance, audit preparation and consultation over the phone and via site visits. In addition, Sarah coordinates and assists with regulatory compliance procedures, organization of documentation, and execution of maintenance testing and scheduling. She provides overall general support to project staff in preparation for meetings and technical assistance and specializes in regulatory compliance for large healthcare corporations. 
 
Prior to joining Insight Civil, she worked at Northwell Health as an Operations Specialist. In that position, she worked collaboratively with 26 Urgent Care Centers coordinating day to day operational needs with multi-disciplinary service providers in order to obtain site regulatory compliance. She has a fierce passion for advocating for persons in need of assistance. Sarah worked at Long Island Association for AIDS Care as a Health Insurance Navigator, providing access to services to those affected by HIV and AIDS. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys hiking, learning new languages, and any activity that will keep her two young children busy! Sarah received her bachelor’s degree in Public Health from SUNY College at Old Westbury.
