Felicity Rich-Michael  |  Project Associate

Felicity Rich-Michael is a Project Associate who prepares and reviews all inspection, testing, maintenance, service and repair documentation per Joint Commission and NFPA codes and standards for fire protection, emergency power, and medical gas systems programs.  Felicity reviews regulatory compliance testing procedures, documentation best practices, and manages asset information. She also provides violation resolution services for clients.  Prior to Insight Civil, Felicity was an Area Manager II for Amazon. Felicity holds a BS in economics from Boston University.
