Emory Grace Lee is senior vice president and director of the Planning + Urban Design group at Insight Civil. Her unique background in private sector consulting and public sector policy development has equipped her with the skills required to lead development and growth of multiple technical service groups at the firm. Areas of professional competency include planning and permitting, project management, cartography and GIS mapping, comprehensive community planning, demographic and statistical analysis, cost-benefit analysis, demand projections and modeling, sustainable infrastructure project assessment, and water resource management.
Prior to joining Insight Civil, Emory Grace served as deputy director in the Bureau of Environmental Planning and Analysis at the NYCDEP and as an urban planner at Gannett Fleming, Inc. She holds a master’s degree in city and regional planning from the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY, a B.A. in business administration, and B.S. in economics from Franklin & Marshall College. As a surfer and outdoor enthusiast, Emory Grace is particularly passionate about protecting our water bodies and the natural environment. |
